Your Conservative councillors in Polegate are asking residents in Polegate to respond to the consultation on the plans for Aldi being built on the former Hindslands Playing Fields off Eastbourne Road.
Local residents are being invited to have their say on the development which, according to proposals, would see a £7 million investment into the local economy.
The 1,230 sqm shop would have 118 car parking spaces and residents have already raised concerns about the increased traffic that could be brought to the already congested part of Polegate.
